Information for your travel enquiry

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the enquiry form does not send or store anything on our servers: it simply prepares a message in WhatsApp or your e-mail app, which you choose whether to send.

When you contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail, we use the name, contact details and travel preferences you share to reply to your enquiry, assess your needs and discuss our services. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Messages are handled by our team in Paris and Hong Kong. WhatsApp and e-mail providers process data under their own privacy policies. Please do not send passport numbers, full dates of birth, medical details or other sensitive information until we ask for what a booking strictly requires.

Enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last contact. A separate service agreement may require a different retention period, which will be communicated. To request access, correction or deletion, write to us at the address below.
